What this site is

This website describes Mithras Labs products and services and lets you get in touch with us. Using it means you accept these terms.

Information, not a contract

Prices and product descriptions on this site are our current list information and we work to keep them accurate. Actual engagements — what we build, what it costs, what we each commit to — are governed by the agreement we sign together, not by this website.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant is an AI. It’s useful, and it can also be wrong. Nothing it says is a binding quote, commitment, or professional advice. For anything that matters, talk to a human — the contact page reaches one.

Not an emergency service

Our AI phone and chat assistants are not an emergency service: they cannot call 911 or send help. If anyone may be in danger, hang up and call 911.

Text messaging terms

Mithras Labs sends text messages only to account holders who have ticked the optional text-message consent box in their Mithras Labs account settings. Messages are limited to your own account: one-time sign-in codes you requested, account and service notifications, and replies to support requests you opened. We do not send marketing texts and we do not send texts for any other company. Message frequency varies; typically fewer than six messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold to or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the site: no scraping the forms or chat, no flooding them with automated traffic, no attempts to break or probe the systems behind them. We rate-limit and we will block abuse.

Our content

The text, design, and code of this site belong to Mithras Labs. Don’t republish it as your own.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be either.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mithras Labs is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation covers the website only — client engagements carry their own signed terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA.
